应用中药药对治疗肺结节:基于中医辨证论治理论

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pairs in Treating Pulmonary Nodules Under the Guidance of Syndrome Differentiation

现代医学对肺结节的诊疗以评估、随访、手术、抗炎为主,缺乏早期的干预手段。近年来中医对肺结节的理解与诊治有了一定进展,可为肺结节诊治尤其是肺结节前期的诊治提供新思路。中药药对是中医复方的核心所在,根据中医辨证论治理论,列举8组主要药对,包括柴胡-枳壳、川芎-香附、盐荔枝核-土贝母、法半夏-陈皮、桃仁-薏苡仁、黄芪-党参、沙参-麦冬、制附子-干姜,旨在探讨药对的中药功效与药理作用,阐述药对在肺结节治疗中的配伍机制与辨证应用,为中医药辨治肺结节提供参考。

The diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules in modern medicine are mainly evaluation,follow-up,operation and anti-inflammation,lacking of early intervention.In recent years,there has been some progress in the understanding,diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine,which can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules,especially in the early stage.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Pairs is the core of traditional Chinese medicine compound.According to the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation,Eight groups of major Herb pairs are listed,such as Bupleurum-Fructus aurantii,Rhizome of Chuanxiong-Rhizoma of Cyperi,Salt Litchi Seed-Fritillaria,Prepared Rhizoma of Pinelliae-Dried Tangerine Peel,Peach Kernel-Coix Seed,Astragalus-Codonopsis Pilosula,Radix Adenophorae-Ophiopogon Root,Prepared Aconite Root-Dried Ginger.The objective is to discuss the efficacy and pharmacological research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pairs and to expound the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pairs in different syndromes of pulmonary nodules,in order to look forward to providing reference for Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary nodules.
