妊娠合并肺动脉高压患者的围手术期管理与进展

摘要 妊娠期肺动脉高压最常见的原因是动脉性肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)和先天性心脏病相关的肺动脉高压。PAH是育龄女性中常见的类型,对患者的生存质量造成影响。
