基于“五季应五脏”理论探讨类风湿关节炎的防治新思路

New ideas for the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on the theory of‘five seasons responding to five organs’

文章从“五季应五脏”理论的角度探讨五脏病理生理机能与自然时令之间的适应性规律,认为季节变化协同五脏变化的适应性规律在疾病发生发展过程中起到了至关重要的作用。文章结合现代医学对类风湿关节炎(RA)的研究进展发现,中医“五季应五脏”思想在RA病理机制中的具体体现是通过“气候-气血-关节”轴实现的,并据此提出RA“本脏本季当疏散,所克之脏当调之”的调适原则。故文章在RA季节调适的基础上,提出有效的RA防治新思路,以期为中医药防治RA提供新的思路和指导。

This paper discussed the adaptability between the pathophysiological function of the five organs and natural season from the perspective of the theory of‘five seasons responding to five organs’,and believed that the adaptability of seasonal changes in combination with the changes of the five organs plays a crucial role in the process of disease occurrence and development.In this paper,combined with the research progress of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in modern medicine,it is found that the specific embodiment of the idea of‘five seasons responding to five organs’in the pathological mechanism of RA in traditional Chinese medicine is realized through the‘climate-qi and blood-joint’axis,and based on this,the adjustment principle of RA‘the organs should be evacuated in this season and the organs should be adjusted’is proposed.Therefore,on the basis of seasonal adjustment of RA,new effective ideas for the prevention and treatment of RA are proposed in order to provide new ideas and guidance for the prevention and treatment of RA by traditional Chinese medicine.
