基于计算机图像技术的中医苔质客观化研究概述

舌诊是中医望诊的重要诊断方法之一,其中通过观察舌苔变化可以获知病邪的深浅以及邪正的消长等。望舌苔包括诊察苔质和苔色两个方面,其中望苔质可以根据舌苔的质地以及形态再行细分,主要包括厚薄、润燥、腻腐、剥落、偏全以及真假等。传统望舌苔由于受到医生临床经验以及环境因素影响,客观性不足。因此,采用计算机图像技术对舌图中的苔质进行提取和量化,在舌诊客观化领域具有重要意义。文章回顾近15年国内外中医舌诊中苔质的客观化研究进展,总结目前研究的不足,并为今后的中医苔质客观化研究提供新的思路和策略。

Tongue diagnosis is one of the important diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine.By observing the change of tongue coating,we can know the depth of pathogenic factors and the rise and fall of pathogenic factors.Inspection of the tongue coating includes two aspects:Inspecting the coating and coating color.The coating on the tongue can be subdivided according to the texture and shape of the coating,mainly including thickness,moistening and dryness,greasy rot,peeling,partial completeness and true or false.Due to the influence of doctors’clinical experience and environmental factors,traditional tongue coating is not objective enough.Therefore,using computer image technology to extract and quantify the moss in tongue images is of great significance in the field of tongue diagnosis objectification.The paper reviewed the research progress of liverwort objectification in tongue diagnosis in recent 15 years at home and abroad,summarized the shortcomings of current research,and provided new ideas and strategies for future research on liverwort objectification in tongue diagnosis.
