中职教师能力发展体系的研究与实践——以天津市第一商业学校为例

摘要 本文以天津市第一商业学校为例,探索构建基于数据支撑的“五维三途径”中职教师能力发展体系,阐述了该体系的研究与实践背景,中职教师成长的内涵与构建逻辑,即教师核心能力发展的精准定位——“五维能力”,通过助力教师成长的“三途径”设计,实施基于数据支撑的教师成长过程管理,系统构建教师成长质量生成的通道机制保障,介绍了该体系的具体实践与探索创新,系统地总结了其实践成效与创新示范。 Taking Tianjin the First Commercial School as an example,this paper explores the construction of a data-supported"five-dimension and three-approach"ability development system for secondary school teachers,and expounds the research and practice background of the system,and the connotation and construction logic of secondary school teachers'growth,that is,the precise positioning of teachers'core ability development-"five-dimension ability".Through the design of the"three approach"to help teachers grow,the implementation of data-supported process management of teacher growth,and the systematic construction of a channel mechanism to guarantee the quality of teacher growth,it introduces the specific practices and innovations of this system and systematically summarizes its practical effectiveness and innovation demonstration.
