摘要
鉴于中职学校工业机器人技术应用专业实训教学不能满足复合型人才培养需求的现状,针对工业机器人技术应用专业实训教学体系缺乏层次性逻辑性、平台无保障、教学质量不高、评价不科学等问题,本文中构建并实施了“三核并修”实训教学体系,提出了核心素养、核心技能、核心创造“三核并修”的实训教学理念,确定了“诚信敬业、技术精湛、勇于创新”实训教学目标;构建了“四层进阶”实训教学体系,完善了工业机器人应用专业实训教学的层次性和逻辑性;建立“素养教育”“技能提升”“创新创业”三个基地,搭建了“三基协同”实训教学平台;创建了“五步贯通”实训教学模式,将虚拟仿真实训、实操实训、生产实训有机结合;创新了“四径融通”实训教学评价机制,对“岗-课、赛-课、证-课、创-课”进行了有机融合,加强了工业机器人专业实训教学考核评价的科学性。
In view of the current situation that the practical training and teaching of industrial robot technology application majors in vocational schools cannot meet the needs of cultivating composite talents,and in response to the problems of lack of hierarchical logic,platform lack of guarantee,low teaching quality,and unscientific evaluation in the practical training and teaching system of industrial robot technology application majors,a"three core combined training"practical teaching system has been constructed and implemented.We have proposed the practical teaching concept of"combining core competencies,core skills,and core creation",and determined the practical teaching objectives of"integrity,professionalism,technical proficiency,and innovation";We have constructed a"four level advanced"training and teaching system,improving the hierarchical and logical nature of industrial robot application professional training and teaching;We have established three bases:"literacy education","skill enhancement",and"innovation and entrepreneurship",and established a"three base collaboration"training and teaching platform;We have created a"five step linkage"practical teaching mode,which organically combines virtual simulation training,practical operation training,and production training;We have innovated the"Four Paths Integration"training and teaching evaluation mechanism,organically integrating"job courses,competition courses,certification courses,and creative courses",and strengthened the scientific evaluation of industrial robot professional training and teaching.
