浅析拖轮主机超速停车应急处理

无论是现代远洋船舶还是港作拖轮,主机运行时的转速都是一项不可或缺的参数。并且都会装有主机超速保护装置,转速传感器作为采集主机转速信号的元件,对主机转速控制和超速保护性停车起着至关重要的作用,如果主机转速传感器发生故障将严重影响船舶作业时的安全甚至发生严重的机损。本文以日港拖16轮为例,简要介绍作业时突然发生超速停车的故障现象以及紧急处理的方式,为拖轮发生此类主机超速停车事件的应急处置方案提供思路。

Whether it is a modern ocean ship or a trailer,the speed of the host is an indispensable parameter when running.And it will be equipped with a host speed protection device.The speed sensor is used as an element that collects the speed signal of the host,which plays a vital role in the speed control and speed protection parking of the host.Even severe machine damage occurs.This article takes 16 rounds of dragging for 16 rounds as an example.It briefly introduces the failure of speeding parking and emergency treatment methods during the operation,and provides ideas for the emergency response scheme of such host-speed parking incidents such as the trailer.
