垢下细菌的监测与腐蚀规律

摘要 为更好地控制垢下细菌腐蚀,本文通过研究在初始细菌含量条件下,垢下细菌的生长速率和腐蚀情况。实验结果表明,起始细菌含量2000个/mL以内,细菌含量随着初始细菌含量的增加而持续显著上升,但垢下的细菌含量一直处于较低的浓度水平。起始细菌含量大于2,000个/mL以上时,垢下细菌含量剧增;对于碳钢,垢下细菌腐蚀主要为局部的小孔腐蚀破坏;对于1Cr钢,细菌浓度较低时,其垢下细菌腐蚀主要为局部的小孔腐蚀破坏;高细菌浓度的情况下,局部小孔腐蚀反而降低。 In order to better control bacterial corrosion under scale,this paper studied the growth rate and corrosion of bacteria under scale under the condition of initial bacterial content.The experimental results showed that when the initial bacterial content was less than 2,000/mL,the bacterial content continued to increase significantly with the increase of the initial bacterial content,but the bacterial content under the scale was always at a low concentration level.When the initial bacterial content was more than 2,000/mL,the subscale bacterial content increased sharply.For carbon steel,the bacteria corrosion under scale is mainly the local small hole corrosion damage.For 1Cr steel,when the bacterial concentration is low,the bacterial corrosion under scale is mainly the local small hole corrosion damage.In the case of high bacterial concentration,local small hole corrosion decreased.
