航天测试厂房照明系统施工可靠性研究

摘要 航天测试厂房是发射场重要场所,厂房照明系统可靠性直接关系航天任务的安全、质量和效率。文章根据结合航天测试厂房照明实际需求,从照明系统灯具、电缆选型和施工质量方面开展了可靠性研究。通过采用DIALux软件仿真,数学模型计算,确保了灯具和电缆型号选型的可靠性;通过明确照明施工流程,提出安全措施和质量控制方法,确保了施工质量的可靠性;建设完成后通过测试,验证了航天测试厂房照明系统的可靠性,为提高同类型厂房照明系统可靠性提供了思路。 The aerospace test plant is an important place for the launch site.The reliability of the lighting system of the plant is directly related to the safety,quality and efficiency of the aerospace mission.According to the actual needs of lighting in aerospace test plant,this paper studies the reliability of lighting system lamps,cable selection and construction quality.By using DIALux software simulation and mathematical model calculation,the reliability of lamp and cable model selection is ensured.By clarifying the lighting construction process,safety measures and quality control methods are proposed to ensure the reliability of construction quality.After the completion of the construction,the reliability of the lighting system of the aerospace test plant is verified by testing,which provides a way to improve the reliability of the lighting system of the same type of plant.
