中量级冲击试验机砧台台面量级分布及规律研究

摘要 中量级冲击试验机是模拟水下爆炸、考核舰船及舰船设备抗冲击波的能力重要设备;本文的目的是探讨中量级冲击试验机锤头高度与砧台台面量级大小及量级分布的关系;结果表明:摆锤高度与砧台台面各测点的最大响应量级呈现二次关系,砧台台面的响应量级梯度密度、与砧台中心点的等距测点间距的响应量级差值随着摆锤高度的增加。 The middleweight impact testing machine is an important equipment for simulating underwater explosions and assessing the ability of ships and its equipment to resist shock waves.The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between the height of the hammer head and the magnitude and distribution of the anvil table surface.The results show that there is a quadratic relationship between the pendulum height and the maximum response order of each measurement point on the anvil table,and the difference of the response order gradient density of the anvil table and the equidistant distance between the anvil table and the equidistant measuring point of the anvil table increases with the height of the pendulum.
