摘要
报道1例28岁男性急性淋巴白血病患者,化疗达完全缓解后行单倍体移植,移植后出现肺部感染,多种抗生素治疗效果不佳。期间尝试多种微生物学检测方式均未明确致病菌,后通过病理学检测确诊为肺曲霉病,调整为两性霉素B脱氧胆酸盐应用后感染得到控制。
A 28-year-old male patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia was treated with haploid transplantation after a complete response to chemotherapy.Pulmonary infection developed during transplantation,which had a poor curative effect with multiple antibiotics.A variety of microbiological tests were tried to identify pathogen but got nothing.At last pulmonary Aspergillus infection was confirmed through pathological examination,and the infection was controlled with AmB.
