燃气热水器上智能浴控器的研究与应用

摘要 由于燃气热水器不可安装于浴室中,调温难是用户的痛点之一:特别是给零冷水燃气热水器的预热巡航功能下发启动指令的时候,如果能够在浴室操作就十分方便,目前行业已经有许多燃气热水器用的智能浴控器方案,使燃气热水器操控可以实现远程操控,但由于家庭干扰因素较多,部分产品通讯受限。本文基于针对燃气热水器浴室中使用智能浴控器需有低功耗、远距离、抗干扰的要求,探讨天线选型、天线结构、天线安装位置等对无线通讯距离的影响。通过选择合理的天线结构、优化天线安装位置,实现了在普通家庭环境中出现干扰因素下的远距离低功耗传输,对行业进行智能浴控器设计有指导意义,解决了用户在使用终端的调温需求,以提升产品的自身竞争力。 Since the gas water heater cannot be installed in the bathroom,the difficulty of temperature regulation is one of the pain points of users Especially when issuing a start command for the preheating and cruising function of the zero cold water gas water heater,it is very convenient to operate it in the bathroom.Currently,there are many intelligent bath control solutions for gas water heaters in the industry,which enable remote control of gas water heaters.However,due to many family interference factors,some products have limited communication.This article explores the impact of antenna selection,antenna structure,and antenna installation position on wireless communication distance based on the requirements of low power consumption,long-distance,and anti-interference when using intelligent shower controllers in gas water heaters in bathrooms.By selecting a reasonable antenna structure and optimizing the installation position of the antenna,long-distance low-power transmission under interference factors in ordinary home environments has been achieved,which has guiding significance for the design of intelligent bath controllers in the industry and solves the temperature adjustment needs of users when using terminals,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the product itself.
