摘要
本文以净水-热水一体机的热水胆为研究对象,建立了其加热过程的CFD仿真方法,分析了热水胆在工作过程中,胆内冷热水的流动机制和温度分布情况。通过在胆内设计一个分隔的加热腔体和热水输送通道,将加热后的热水和胆内冷水有效分离。搭建了优化结构后的样机,对比测试了胆的制热性能,结果表明,本文优化后的结构,能够有效提高热水胆的制热水能力,显著降低热水恢复时间。
Taking the hot water tank of the water purification-heating machine as the research object,CFD simulation method of the heating process was built,analyzed the flow mechanism and temperature distribution of the hot and cold water in the tank during the heating process.The heated hot water and the cold water in the tank was separated effectively by designing an separate heating chamber and hot water supplying channel in the tank.Prototype with optimized structure was built and comparative testing was done,the results show that the optimized structure improved the heating capacity of the hot water tank efficiently and reduced recovery time of hot water significantly.
