本文对欧盟法规(EU)No622/2012进行了解读,对无轴封循环泵的生态设计要求进行了简要分析。并就目前应用于供暖系统中的小型循环泵能源效率指数EEI测试提供了一种方法。结合实际样机,完成一个实际案例的整个测试流程,数据计算等,得到相应的效率指数。并简要分析测试过程中一些因素对测试结果的影响。

In this paper,the EU regulation(EU)No 622/2012 is interpreted,and the requirements for the ecological design of shafless circulating pumps are briefly analyzed.It also provides a method for testing the energy efficiency index EEI of small circulating pumps currently used in heating systems.Combined with the actual prototype,the whole test flow and data calculation of an actual case are completed,and the corresponding efficiency index is obtained.And briefly analyzes the influence of some factors on the test results during the test.
