摘要
空调用球阀在使用一段时间后出现阀杆密封圈泄漏故障,维修难度大、维修成本高,本文通过对失效样品进行解剖检查和使用多种设备进行失效分析,结果表明密封圈材料成分含量影响影响球阀密封圈的老化速度,是造成泄漏的主要原因。
The sealing ring of valve stem of air conditioning ball valve has leakage fault after using for a period of time,the maintenance is difficult and the maintenance cost is high.Through dissecting the failure sample and using a variety of equipment to analyze the failure,the results show that the material content of sealing ring affects the aging speed of sealing ring of ball valve,which is the main cause of leakage.
