摘要
电子商务作为带动农村社会经济发展的新型发展模式,能够激发农村发展新活力,促进乡村经济的发展,从而为乡村振兴助力。当前我国农产品电子商务发展存在基础设施落后、专业人才缺乏、农产品品牌建设落后、政策支持缺乏针对性等问题,制约了农产品电商发展速度和质量,相应影响农业经济的发展。急需构建政策、资金、技术、人才和品牌“五位一体”的推进机制,有效促进农村电子商务在农业中的应用和发展,激发农业产业发展活力,进而完善与改进农村社会经济体系的建设。
E-commerce,as a new type of rural social economy,can stimulate the new vitality of rural areas and promote rural economy,thus helping rural revitalization.At present,there are some problems in China's agricultural products e-commerce,such as backward infrastructure,lack of professionals,backward brand building of agricultural products,lack of targeted policy support,etc.,which restrict the speed of agricultural products e-commerce and affect the agricultural economy accordingly it is urgent to build a"five-in-one"promotion mechanism of policy,capital,technical talents and brand to effectively promote the application of rural e-commerce in agriculture and stimulate the vitality of agricultural industry,so as to perfect and improve the construction of rural social and economic system.
