With the increasing seriousness of environmental pollution and the enhancement of consumers'awareness of environmental protection,green supply chain management has become an important support for the sustainable development of enterprises.Taking Haier as the research object,this paper first introduces the entire green supply chain process and environmental cost management composition of Haier.Secondly,it focuses on analyzing the environmental cost management under Haier's green supply chain and highlighting its environmental cost management effectiveness.Finally,under the background of the dual carbon blueprint,the future of Haier is prospected.Through the analysis of Haier's green supply chain management practices,we hope to provide reference value for other enterprises and achieve sustainable development.
