冷链供应链系统下的冷库节能路径研究与实践

摘要 冷链供应链是事关国计民生的重要行业,在双控政策下降低冷链供应链系统能耗具有重大的社会及经济意义。针对冷链供应链系统下降低冷库能耗的问题,文章以冷链供应链的视角,综合运用了VOC&VOB、CTQ、SPOIC、过程能力分析、控制图、快赢改善、假设检验、回归分析、全因子试验等各类精益工具,对影响冷库系统能耗的各项因素进行测量、分析、改进及控制,对冷链供应链系统下的冷库节能路径进行了研究,结果显示,光电灵敏度、电流、吸气温度、日常维修维护、开门频率、库内温度及内外环境压差是影响冷库能耗的关键因子,并提出通过加强点检和过程保养清洁、DOE试验设计得到电流、吸气最佳水平、建立定期维护模型、建立冷库门关门管理制度、增加冷库系统回笼间及增加冷库系统冷气吹风口等措施降低冷链供应链的能耗,最后以企业实际冷库为实践场景,验证了基于关键因子的冷库能耗改善,可以显著降低冷链供应链系统能耗。 Cold chain supply chain is an important industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.Reducing energy consumption in cold chain supply chain systems under the dual control policy has significant social and economic significance.To address the issue of reducing energy consumption in cold storage under the cold chain supply chain system,this article,from the perspective of the cold chain supply chain,comprehensively uses various tools such as VOC&VOB,CTQ,SPOIC,process capability analysis,control charts,quick win improvement,hypothesis testing,regression analysis,and full factor testing to measure,analyze,improve,and control various factors that affect energy consumption in the cold storage system,and studies the energy saving path of cold storage under the cold chain supply chain system.The research results show that photoelectric sensitivity,current,suction temperature,daily maintenance,door opening frequency,temperature in the warehouse,and internal and external pressure difference are key factors that affect energy consumption of the cold storage.It is proposed to enhance spot inspection and process maintenance and cleaning,achieve the optimal level of current and suction through DOE test design,establish a regular maintenance model,establish a management system for closing the cold storage door measures such as increasing the return room of the cold storage system and increasing the cold air blowing port of the cold storage system can reduce the energy consumption of the cold chain supply chain.Finally,taking the actual cold storage of an enterprise as a practical scenario,it is verified that the improvement of cold storage energy consumption based on key factors can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the cold chain supply chain system.
