摘要
振动损耗始终存在于生鲜冷链运输的过程中。文章通过比较综合计算振动损伤与变质损耗的运输路径最小损耗量,建立考虑振动损耗的生鲜冷链运输路径规划模型,并将计算结果与仅考虑自然变质损耗最小的运输路径的振动损伤与变质总体损耗量对比,探究控制运输振动损耗的必要性。
Vibration loss always exists in the process of fresh cold chain transportation.In this paper,by comparing the comprehensive calculation of the minimum loss of the transportation path of vibration damage and deterioration loss,a fresh cold chain transportation path planning model considering vibration loss is established,and the calculation results are compared with the total loss of vibration damage and deterioration of the transportation path considering only the minimum natural deterioration loss,and the necessity of controlling the transportation vibration loss is explored.
