基于三阶段DEA-Malmquist模型的我国西部地区低碳物流效率研究

摘要 考虑碳排放的影响,建立西部地区物流效率指标体系,运用三阶段DEA模型对低碳物流效率进行测度,结合Malmquist模型分析低碳物流全要素生产率。实证表明,西部地区低碳物流效率水平较低,且受城镇化率、科技创新水平、地区经济水平等因素影响;从静态视角看,西部地区低碳物流效率水平偏低,主要原因是物流业规模有待发展;从动态视角看,技术进步是影响低碳物流效率的主要因素。建议西部地区应加大对低碳物流的政策支持,调整产业规模,搭建低碳物流绩效测量系统,推动低碳物流人才培养和引进,密切加强与其他地区的交流与合作。 Considering the influence of carbon emission,we establish the index system of logistics efficiency in the western region,measure the low-carbon logistics efficiency by using the three-stage DEA model,and analyze the total factor productivity of low-carbon logistics by combining with the Malmquist model.The empirical evidence shows that the level of low-carbon logistics efficiency in the western region is low and affected by the urbanization rate,the level of scientific and technological innovation,the level of the regional economy and other factors;from the static perspective,the low level of low-carbon logistics efficiency in the western region is mainly due to the fact that the scale of the logistics industry is yet to be developed;from the dynamic perspective,technological progress is the main factor influencing the efficiency of low-carbon logistics.It is suggested that the western region should increase the policy support for low-carbon logistics,adjust the scale of the industry,build a low-carbon logistics performance measurement system,promote the cultivation and introduction of low-carbon logistics talents,and closely strengthen the exchange and cooperation with other regions.
