老字号企业高质量发展评价研究——以老字号上市公司为例

Research on Evaluation of High-Quality Development of Old Brand Enterprises——Taking Old Brand Listed Companies as an Example

老字号企业是集商业价值与文化价值于一身的重要主体,其实现高质量发展对我国经济社会发展和文化传承都具有极其重要的意义。本文基于熵值法,以2016—2021年36家老字号上市企业为研究对象,从效益、效率、绿色、传承和创新等五个维度综合构建老字号企业高质量发展指标体系。首先,对整体发展趋势进行评价,发现老字号企业发展稳定但整体状态欠佳,整体呈现出略微上升的发展趋势。然后,对五个子目标进行分维度评价,发现效益发展指数最高、传承次之、创新发展指数最低。同时,按企业类别、所属地区及股权性质对老字号发展状况进行差异评价,分别发现酒类企业发展最好、其他类次之、医药类最差;东部地区企业发展最好、西部次之、中部最差;国有老字号企业发展最好、民营企业和外资企业基本持平。最后,基于上述分析提出老字号企业整体发展路径和差异化发展路径。

Old-famous enterprises are important subjects combining commercial value and cultural value,and their realization of high-quality development is of great significance to China's economic and social development and cultural inheritance.Based on the entropy value method,this paper takes 36 old listed enterprises in 2016-2021 as the research object,and comprehensively constructs the high-quality development index system of old enterprises from five dimensions such as effectiveness,efficiency,greenness,inheritance and innovation.First,the overall development trend is evaluated,and it is found that the development of old-fashioned enterprises is stable but the overall state is poor,and the overall development trend shows a slight increase.Then,the five sub-targets are evaluated by dimension,and it is found that the efficiency development index is the highest,the inheritance is the second highest,and the innovation development index is the lowest.At the same time,the difference evaluation of the development status of old firms by enterprise category,region and nature of equity is conducted,and it is respectively found that the development of liquor enterprises is the best,other categories are the second best,and pharmaceuticals are the worst;the development of enterprises in the eastern region is the best,the western region is the second best,and the central region is the worst;the development of state-owned old enterprises is the best,and the development of private and foreign-funded enterprises is basically the same.Finally,based on the above analysis,it puts forward the overall development path and differentiated development path of the old-famous enterprises.
