摘要
基于网络分析(ANP)和博弈论的煤矿安全预评价模型可以解决影响指标交叉作用对评价结果的影响,客观评价煤矿安全现状。该模型应用ANP从人、物、环境和管理四方面构建矿井安全影响指标,获得指标权重分布,并根据临界值构建的安全现状评判标准确定各级别的得分范围。结合工程实例的研究证明:该模型的预评价结果与工程实例情况相符,且无须事先获得层次权重,避免人为因素影响,求解过程简捷,为煤矿安全管理提供了一种行之有效的方法。
Based on network analysis(ANP)and game theory,the pre-evaluation model of coal mine safety can solve the effect of the cross effect on the evaluation results and objectively evaluate the current status of coal mine safety.The model uses ANP to construct the mine safety impact in⁃dex from human,physical,environmental and management aspects,obtain the index weight distri⁃bution,and determine the scoring range at all levels according to the safety status criterion of criti⁃cal value construction.The results of the pre-evaluation of the model are consistent with the case of the project,without the need to obtain the hierarchical weights in advance,avoid the influence of human factors,and provide an effective method for the safe management of coal mines.
