摘要
职普融通与学分银行的耦合发展坚持以学员为中心、以终身学习为目的,为学员提供了职普互通教育、学习成果认定与存储、学分应用等一站式服务。学分银行平台的运行为推动职普融通提供了服务支持,职普融通体系为实现学分银行的通存通兑提供了条件基础。通过构建学分实施框架、建立职普学籍互转机制和职普双向课程选修,构建职普融通和学分银行耦合机制,强化契合发展,可实现两者之间的优势互补,有效避免教育资源的浪费,实现了不同层次、不同类型学习成果的横向贯通、纵向衔接,增强学习者的学习动力和终身学习的持续性,有利于促进学生全方位发展,推动多元化人才培养。
The coupling development of VUPR and credit bank insists on student-centered and lifelong learning as the purpose,and provides students with one-stop services such as VUPR interoperable education,recognition and storage of learning results and credit application.The operation of the credit bank platform provides service support for promoting VUP interoperability,and the VUP interoperability system provides the conditions and foundation for realizing the interchange of credit bank.By constructing the credit implementation framework,establishing the mutual transfer mechanism of VUP school registration and two-way course selection,building the coupling mechanism of VUP integration and credit bank,and strengthening the fit development,the advantages between the two can be complemented,effectively avoiding the waste of educational resources,realizing the horizontal penetration and vertical connection of different levels and different types of learning achievements,enhancing the learning motivation of learners and the continuity of lifelong learning,which is conducive to promote students' all-round development and diversified talent cultivation.
