基于赏识教育在开放大学思想政治教学中的运用研究

教育是推动民族昌盛、国家稳定发展的重要基础,贯彻与落实教育事业,民族与国家才能够可持续发展,为此国家需提高对教育事业的重视度与关注度。中等职业教育是国家教育体系中重要组成内容,伴随着开放大学学校教育教学工作的开展,可以培育出高质量、高水平的劳动者、建设者,且思政教育肩负着中等职业学生价值观树立、增强核心信念等教学责任,加强开放大学生情感层面的共鸣、培养良好的道德素质、树立强烈的政治认同感。教师在开展开放大学思政教学工作过程中,需合理融入赏识教学理念,将“宽容”“尊重”视为教育基础,对学生表示肯定与鼓励,立足于情感层面、心灵层面对学生加以引导,加强学生个人综合素质。

Education is an important foundation for promoting the prosperity of the nation and the stable development of the country.Only by carrying out and implementing the cause of education can the nation and the country develop sustainably.To this end,the country needs to increase the degree of attention and attention to education.Secondary vocational education is an important component of the national education system.With the development of school education and teaching work in open universities,it can cultivate high-quality and high-level workers and builders.Ideological and political education shoulders the teaching responsibility of establishing values and enhancing core beliefs of secondary vocational students,strengthening the emotional resonance of college students,cultivating good moral quality,and establishing a strong political identity.In the process of carrying out ideological and political teaching in open universities,teachers should reasonably integrate the teaching concept of appreciation,regard“tolerance”and“respect”as the basis of education,affirm and encourage students,guide students from the emotional and spiritual levels,and strengthen students'personal comprehensive quality.
