口腔内电刺激联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍效果及对FOIS评分、吞咽安全性、吞咽障碍程度的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Oral Electrical Stimulation Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone Glumine Injection on Dysphagia in Stroke Patients and Its Impact on FOIS Score,Swallowing Safety and Severity of Dysphagia

摘要 目的探讨口腔内电刺激联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者效果及对经口摄食功能评估量表(FOIS)评分、吞咽安全性、吞咽障碍程度的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍86例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为联合组和对照组2组各43例。联合组予口腔内电刺激联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液,对照组予银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液。比较2组治疗后临床效果,治疗前后FOIS评分、吞咽安全性、吞咽障碍程度和生活质量,以及治疗期间并发症。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率(90.70%,39/43)高于对照组(74.42%,32/43)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FOIS、改良曼恩吞咽能力评估量表和吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表评分均高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组;2组洼田饮水试验评分低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗期间,2组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔内电刺激联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者效果良好,可提高FOIS评分、吞咽安全性,改善吞咽障碍程度,提升生活质量,且安全性好。 Objective To investigate the effects of oral electrical stimulation combined with Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone Glumine injection on dysphagia of stroke patients and the impact on the score of Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS),swallowing safety and severity of dysphagia.Methods A total of 86 stroke patients with dysphagia who received treatment from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:combination group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The combination group was given oral electrical stimulation combined with Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone Glumine injection,and the control group was given Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone Glumine injection.The clinical effect after treatment,FOIS score,swallowing safety,severity of dysphagia and quality of life before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group(90.70%,39/43)was higher than that of the control group(74.42%,32/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FOIS,modified Mann Assessment of Swallowing Ability and dysphagia-specific Quality of Life Scale in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and higher in the combination group than in the control group.The scores of the Wada drinking water test in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in the combination group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral electrical stimulation combined with Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone Glumine injection is effective in the treatment of stroke patients with dysphagia,which can improve FOIS score,dysphagia safety,severity of dysphagia and quality of life,with good safety.
