合理用药系统在促进门诊合理用药中的作用

The Role of Rational Drug Use System in Promoting Rational Drug Use in Outpatient Department

目的 探讨合理用药系统对促进门诊合理用药的临床价值。方法 通过信息系统随机抽取我院合理用药系统启用前2021年和启用后2022年门诊处方各6000人次分别作为对照组和观察组,通过不合理用药处方统计、药房工作人员工作质量统计和抗菌药物使用情况统计三个方面了解合理用药系统在门诊合理用药中的作用。结果 在不合理用药处方统计(用法用量不适宜、适应证不适宜、遴选药物不适宜、重复给药)方面,观察组的数据均低于对照组(P <0.05);在药房工作人员工作质量统计(处方审核、处方点评、患者满意度)方面,观察组的数据均高于对照组(P <0.05);在抗菌药物使用情况统计(抗菌药物使用率和抗菌药物治疗时间)方面,观察组的数据均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 合理用药系统能够促进临床用药的合理性,有助于提高临床治疗效果,减少不良事件的发生,保证了患者的生命健康。

Objective To explore the clinical value of rational drug use system for promoting rational drug use in outpatient department.Methods through the information system randomly selected our rational drug use system enabled before 2021 and 2022 outpatient prescription each 6000 times respectively as a control group and observation group,through the irrational drug prescription statistics,pharmacy staff work quality statistics and antimicrobial usage statistics three aspects understand the role of rational drug use system in outpatient rational drug use.Results The data of the observation group were lower than the control group in the prescription statistics(inappropriate usage and dosage,indications,drug selection,repeated administration)( P<0.05);in the quality statistics of pharmacy staff(prescription review,prescription review and patient satisfaction)(P<0.05);in the statistics of the antimicrobial use(antimicrobial usage and antimicrobial treatment time) than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The rational drug use system can promote the rationality of clinical medication,help to improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and ensure the life and health of patients.
