Analysis of Clinical Medication Problems in Cardiovascular Medicine and Rational Medication Management

目的 探讨并分析心血管内科在临床用药方面的常见问题及开展合理用药管理后的效果。方法 针对某院心血管内科2021年7月至2023年6月收治的746例住院患者的临床用药情况展开分析,某院心血管内科自2022年7月1日起实施临床用药常见问题分析后的合理用药管理,以实施合理用药管理前后作为分组原则,将2021年7月至2022年6月(实施合理用药管理前)收治的370例患者设为参照组,同时将2022年7月至2023年6月(实施合理用药管理后)收治的376例患者设为研究组。比较两组的管理效果。结果 研究组的不合理用药发生率低于参照组(P <0.05);研究组的药物管理质量评分、医护人员药物安全意识评分、用药安全问题考核评分均高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 为了提高心血管内科的用药安全性和合理用药率,减少不合理用药现象的发生,临床中应积极开展基于临床用药常见问题分析基础上合理用药管理干预,减少不合理用药后引发的不良反应发生,加速心血管内科患者的康复进程,缩短患者住院时间,稳定患者的病情。

Objective To explore and analyze common problems in clinical medication in cardiovascular medicine and the effects of implementing rational medication management.Methods An analysis was conducted on the clinical medication situation of 746 hospitalized patients admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of a certain hospital from July 2021 to June 2023.The Cardiovascular Department of a certain hospital implemented rational medication management after analyzing common clinical medication problems from July 1,2022,using the principle of grouping before and after implementing rational medication management.370 patients admitted between July 2021 and June 2022(before implementing rational medication management) were set as the reference group,At the same time,376 patients admitted between July 2022 and June 2023(after implementing rational drug use management) were included in the study group.Compare the management effectiveness of two groups.Results The incidence of irrational drug use in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The drug management quality score,drug safety awareness score of medical staff,and drug safety assessment score of the research group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions In order to improve the safety and rational use of drugs in cardiovascular medicine,reduce the occurrence of irrational use of drugs,it is necessary to actively carry out rational use management interventions based on the analysis of common clinical drug use problems in clinical practice,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by irrational use of drugs,accelerate the recovery process of cardiovascular medicine patients,shorten their hospitalization time,and stabilize their condition.
