连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗小儿甲型流行性感冒的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Lianhua Qingwen Granule Combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granule in the Treatment of Children with Influenza A

目的 研究连花清瘟颗粒辅助治疗甲型流行性感冒的疗效。方法 以2022年至2023年徐州矿务集团第一医院确诊的50例甲型流行性感冒患儿作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。除给予退热等基础治疗外,对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,观察组给予连花清瘟颗粒联合奥司他韦颗粒治疗,两组患者均连续治疗5 d,比较临床疗效差异。结果 观察组患者经连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,发热改善时间、咽痛改善时间、鼻塞改善时间、咳嗽改善时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组25例患者,经磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,临床总有效率为82.00%;观察组25例患者经连花清瘟颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,临床总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对小儿甲型流行性感冒患者而言,在采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗基础上,联合应用连花清瘟颗粒,不仅可以有效缩短临床症状的改善时间,还可以提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen granule in the treatment of type A influenza.Methods A total of 50 children with Type A influenza 2023 diagnosed in the First Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group from 2022 to 2010 were divided into control group(n=25) and Observation Group(n=25),the control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granule,and the observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with oseltamivir granule.The two groups were treated continuously for 5 days.Results After treatment with Lianhua Qingwen granule and Oseltamivir phosphate granule,the time of fever improvement,pharyngodynia improvement,nasal obstruction improvement and cough improvement in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 82.00% in the control group and 96.00% in the observation group after the treatment of Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with Oseltamivir phosphate(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with Type A influenza,the combination of oseltamivir phosphate and Lianhua Qingwen granule can not only shorten the time for clinical symptoms to improve,but also reduce the time for clinical symptoms to improve,can also improve the clinical efficacy.
