老年脑出血患者空气波气压治疗仪治疗作用及对四肢血液循环的影响

The Therapeutic Effect of Air Wave Pressure Therapy Instrument on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Impact on Limb Blood Circulation

目的 探讨空气波气压治疗仪对老年脑出血(CH)治疗效果及四肢血液循环改善作用。方法 选取2021年5月至2023年2月收治的68例老年CH患者,奇偶数均分对照组、观察组。对照组用药物治疗,观察组用空气波气压治疗仪(AWPTI)。分析上下肢血流动力学、脑血管功能等情况。结果 观察组上下肢血流动力学、脑血管流速、脑血管流量、神经传导速度均比对照组高(P <0.05);血管外周阻力、动态阻力、炎性因子、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)均比对照组低(P <0.05)。结论 对老年CH患者行AWPTI治疗,可改变肢体血流动力学,调节炎症状态,促进血脑屏障修复,保护脑血管及神经功能,减少血栓发生。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of air wave pressure therapy instrument on elderly cerebral hemorrhage(CH) and the improvement of limb blood circulation.Methods 68 elderly CH patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with odd even numbers,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medication,while the observation group was treated with an air wave pressure therapy instrument(AWPTI).Analyze the hemodynamics and cerebrovascular function of the upper and lower limbs.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher hemodynamics,cerebral vascular flow rate,cerebral vascular flow rate,and nerve conduction velocity in the upper and lower limbs(P<0.05);Peripheral vascular resistance,dynamic resistance,inflammatory factors,and neuron specific enolase(NSE) were all low(P<0.05).Conclusions AWPTI treatment for elderly CH patients can change limb hemodynamics,regulate inflammatory status,promote blood-brain barrier repair,protect cerebrovascular and neurological functions,reduce thrombosis.
