剖宫产术后腹壁肥厚产妇切口外敷大黄、芒硝联合精细化护理的应用效果

Application Effect of External Application of Rhubarb and Mirabilite Combined with Fine Nursing Care on Incision of Women with Abdominal Wall Hypertrophy After Cesarean Delivery

目的 分析剖宫产术后腹壁肥厚产妇应用切口外敷大黄、芒硝联合精细化护理的临床效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年8月我院收治的120例剖宫产术后腹壁肥厚产妇,随机分为两组,对照组患者采用切口外敷大黄、芒硝和基础护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施精细化护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组切口表面消退时间、切口愈合时间、硬结消退时间、住院时间短于对照组(P <0.05),护理后瘢痕评分、疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 剖宫产术后腹壁肥厚产妇切口外敷大黄、芒硝联合精细化护理的具有良好的效果,并能显著缩短患者的康复时间,改善疼痛、瘢痕程度,减少并发症发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying the combined fine nursing care of external application of rhubarb and mirabilite on the incision of women with abdominal wall hypertrophy after cesarean delivery.Methods A total of 120 cases of post-caesarean section abdominal wall hypertrophy mothers admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups;patients in the control group were treated with the application of incision external rhubarb,mirabilite and basic nursing care,and patients in the observation group were treated with refined nursing care on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incision surface subsidence time,incision healing time,hard knot subsidence time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scar scores and pain scores were lower than those of the control group after care(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions External application of rhubarb and mirabilite on the maternal incision of abdominal wall hypertrophy after cesarean section has good effect and can significantly shorten the recovery time of the patients,improve the degree of pain and scarring,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
