冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛患者应用温阳养心汤治疗的效果

The Effect of Wenyang Yangxin Decoction on Patients with Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris Due to Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探讨冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛应用温阳养心汤治疗的效果。方法 选取南京中医药大学附属南京市中医院2021年11月至2023年10月收治的冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛患者89例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组44例接受西医治疗,观察组45例加用温阳养心汤治疗,对两组取得的治疗效果予以比较。结果 治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P <0.05);胸闷、心悸、胸痛与气短症候积分更低(P <0.05);氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平更低(P <0.05);甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平更高(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛应用温阳养心汤治疗,可取得更好的疗效,有利于减轻患者的中医症候,降低炎性反应,改善血脂水平。

Objective To explore the effect of applying Wenyang Yangxin decoction in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 89 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(44 cases) receiving Western medicine treatment and an observation group(45 cases) receiving Wenyang Yangxin decoction in addition to Western medicine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,Compared with the control group,the observation group achieved a higher total effective rate(P<0.05);the observation group had lower scores for chest tightness,palpitations,chest pain,and shortness of breath(P<0.05);the observation group had lower levels of amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(P<0.05);the observation group had lower levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and higher levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of Wenyang Yangxin decoction in the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease can achieve better therapeutic effects,which is beneficial to alleviate patients' TCM symptoms,reduce inflammatory reactions,and improve blood lipid levels.
