Impact of Lecture-Type Nursing Checkups on Quality Management in Sterilized Supply Rooms

目的 探究分析讲演式护理查房对消毒供应室质量管理的影响。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年2月采用常规管理模式的51例相关医疗器械以及3例工作人员为对照组,2023年3月至2023年8月采用讲演式护理查房的51例相关医疗器械以及3例工作人员为观察组。对比两组的工作质量,护理人员理论知识及实际操作技能评分,清洗消毒合格率及满意度。结果 观察组工作质量优于对照组(P <0.05);干预后,观察组护理人员理论知识及实际操作技能评分优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组清洗消毒合格率优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组管理模式满意度评分优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 演讲式护理查房可显著改善工作质量,临床应用价值较好。

Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of lecture nursing checkup on the quality management of sterilization supply room.Methods Fifty-one cases of relevant medical devices and three cases of staff using conventional management mode from August 2022 to February 2023were selected as the control group,and 51 cases of relevant medical devices and three cases of staff using lecture-style nursing checkup from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group.The quality of work,scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing staff,qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The work quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the theoretical knowledge and practical operation skill scores of the nursing staff of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the cleaning and disinfection qualification rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction score of the management mode of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lecture nursing rounds can significantly improve the quality of work and have good clinical application value.
