膝关节半月板损伤患者关节镜微创手术后的快速康复外科护理干预作用

Rapid Rehabilitation and Surgical Nursing Intervention for Patients with Knee Meniscus Injury After Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的 分析膝关节半月板损伤患者关节镜微创手术后的快速康复外科护理干预作用。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2021年1月收治的120例行关节镜微创手术的膝关节半月板损伤的患者,根据患者入院时间先后将其分为参照组与研究组,各60例。参照组患者实施常规术后护理干预,研究组患者实施术后快速康复外科护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果 研究组住院时间、住院费用均低于参照组(P <0.05);干预前,两组患者膝关节Lysholm评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后,两组患者膝关节Lysholm评分均升高,且研究组膝关节Lysholm评分高于参照组(P <0.05);研究组患者术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 hVAS评分均低于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 快速康复外科护理干预在膝关节半月板损伤患者关节镜微创手术后的应用效果显著,可以促进患者切口恢复,降低患者术后疼痛感,改善患者膝关节功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention on patients with knee meniscus injury after arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery.Methods 120 patients with knee meniscus injury who underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into a reference group(60 cases) and a study group(60 cases) based on their admission time.The reference group received routine postoperative nursing intervention,while the study group received postoperative rapid recovery surgical nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before intervention,There was no statistically significant difference in knee Lysholm scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,both groups of patients had an increase in knee joint Lysholm scores,and the study group had a significantly higher knee joint Lysholm score than the control group(P<0.05);The VAS scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group at 6 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention in patients with knee meniscus injury after arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery is significant,which can promote incision recovery,reduce postoperative pain,and improve knee joint function.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
