肺结核患者药物治疗期间应用个体化护理的干预效果观察

Observation on the Intervention Effect of Individualized Nursing in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis During Drug Treatment

目的:探讨个体化护理干预对肺结核患者药物治疗依从性及疾病知识掌握度的影响。方法:选择在2020年1月—2023年3月我院接受诊治的98例肺结核患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上联合个体化护理干预,比较两组护理效果、治疗依从性、患者对护理的疾病及用药知识掌握情况。结果:观察组护理有效率和治疗依从性、对疾病和用药的掌握得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺结核患者治疗中实施个体化护理可提升其用药知识和对护理的依从性,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on drug treatment compliance and disease knowledge mastery of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with individualized nursing intervention on this basis.The nursing effect,treatment compliance,patients’knowledge of nursing diseases and medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing efficiency and treatment compliance,mastery of disease and medication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of individualized nursing in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients can improve their medication knowledge and compliance with nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
