数字赋能劳动教育的现实困境与突破路径——基于江苏四所高职院校的调研

摘要 调研发现,高校向纵深推进劳动教育的过程中有意识地加强学生劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平的培养,使学生在领悟劳动意义、认同劳动价值的过程中获得感、满足感强。过去一段时间由于高校偏离劳动教育工作的基本理念和发展要求,导致其处于被弱化和边缘化的境地,技术异化更是对其改革造成阻碍。基于此,提出数字赋能劳动教育的改革路径:构建科学评价体系,注重结果运用;整合产教资源,助力校企平台搭建;凝聚“教、行、域”三方合力,保障工作全面开展;加快产业变革,发挥人工智能与劳动教育耦合效应。 The research indicates that colleges and universities have consciously strengthened the cultivation of students’labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level,which has given students a strong sense of gain and satisfaction in the process of understanding the meaning and identifying the value of labor.However,in the past period of time,colleges and universities have deviated from the basic concept and development requirements of labor education work,resulting in its weakened and marginalized situation,and technological alienation is an impediment to the change of labor education.Based on this,we put forward the innovative path of digital empowerment of labor education:building a scientific evaluation system,focusing on the use of results;integrating industry and education resources,helping schools and enterprises to build platforms;cohesion of the"teaching,practice,field"degree of synergy to ensure that the work is carried out in a comprehensive manner.Make sure to accelerate industrial change,and give full play to the effect of artificial intelligence and labor education coupling.
