职业教育助力乡村振兴的典型模式和推进策略

摘要 在乡村振兴的大战略之下,职业教育之所以可以顺利推动农业、农村和农民发展,是因为二者存在相互促进和相互依存的关系。文章立足于职业教育发展现状和存在弊端,通过分析职业教育对乡村振兴的现实意义、发展现状、存在阻力及解决对策,力求找出调整职教布局、创新职业新模式和构建服务于乡村产业的教师队伍的可行之路,并给广大职业教育工作者一点意见和建议。 Under the grand strategy of rural revitalization,vocational education can smoothly promote the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers because there is a mutually reinforcing and interdependent relationship between the two.This article is based on the current development status and drawbacks of vocational education.By analyzing the practical significance,development status,existing obstacles,and solutions of vocational education for rural revitalization,it strives to find feasible ways to adjust the layout of vocational education,innovate new vocational models,and build a teacher team that serves the rural industry.It also provides some opinions and suggestions for vocational education workers.
