摘要
导风板作为空调器室内机最大的运动部件,一般采用外导风板+保温棉+内导风板的组合设计,生产过程复杂,制造成本高。为了提高生产效率、降低制造成本,本文采用单层注塑大导风板替代双层导风板的新方案。通过对ABS注塑材料进行改性提高其弯曲模量,并对导风板结构进行创新设计,解决导风板变形问题。测试结果表明,在满足产品功能要求的同时,生产效率提高60%以上。
The air guide plate,as the largest moving component of the indoor unit of an air conditioner,generally adopts a combination design of external air guide plate,insulation cotton,and internal air guide plate.The production process is complex and the manufacturing cost is high.In order to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost,a new solution of replacing double-layer air guide plates with single-layer injection molding large air guide plates is adopted.By modifying the ABS injection molding material to improve its bending modulus,and innovating the design of the air guide plate struc-ture,the problem of air guide plate deformation is solved.The test results show that while meeting the functional requirements of the product,the production efficiency has increased by more than 60%.
