摘要
在转子压缩机关键零件的加工尺寸精度和压缩机性能的关联基础上,建立物理数学模型,采用蒙特卡洛仿真模拟,生成满足指定尺寸公差条件的一系列随机值,并获得压缩机的性能输出,通过对输出数据的统计和分析,可以认为抽样数量越多,模拟结果的输出越稳定。同时,对不同零件的加工尺寸精度的调整所获得的模拟输出,可以作为设计敏感度的分析依据,用于设计制造优化的参考。
Based on the relationship between the key parts of rotary compressor machining accuracy and performance,established a physical and mathematical model,generate a series of random values to meeting the specified dimensional tolerance with Monte Carlo simulation,obtained the output of compressor performance data.With the statistics and analysis of the output data,it can be considered that the more sampling generates,the more stable of the output simulation results.At the same time,the simulation output obtained by adjusting the machining dimensional accuracy of different parts can be used as the analysis base of design sensitivity,can be used as a reference for design and manufacturing optimization also.
