自从1988年提出环境色彩管理的课题之后,城市重视色彩管理的尝试已有很多,基本上是以多样性与地域性的统一为背景进行的。土库曼首都阿什哈巴德的城市色彩基本上是以单一性的统一为背景来进行的,极具个性,非常值得关注与探讨的研究范例,并为城市色彩的多样化、管理的实效化开拓研究的视野。因为城市色彩不仅是建筑,还包括公交车辆、出租车、职业服装等色彩的管理。对于如何处理这些大面积与小面积、静色彩与动色彩等之间的关系,阿什哈巴德都给出了自己的答案。

Since the issue of environmental color management was put forward in 1988,there have been many attempts to focus on color management in cities.The color of the Ashkhabad city in Turkmenistan's capital city is characterized by its unity and uniqueness,which makes it a research paradigm worthy of our attention and discussion.And for the diversification of urban color,management of the effectiveness of opening up research horizons.Because city colors are not only buildings,but also the management of colors such as buses,taxis,and professional clothing,the relationship between large and small areas,static colors and dynamic colors,etc.,the Ashkhabad gave their own answers,which is why this paper is so important.
