在新时代“三全育人”背景下,大学生心理健康日益受到关注。以心理学理论为基础的艺术疗愈和色彩效应依托多种艺术表达方式、通过非语言形式展现内心状态,与传统心理辅导方式相比更加能够反映出学生真实的心理状态,在高校心理育人工作中具有广泛的应用前景。本文分析了艺术疗愈与色彩效应在课程与专业建设及学术研讨、心理咨询辅导与第二课堂主题实践、校园心理服务空间与疗愈景观等方面的应用实践,以期探索多样化的高校心理育人路径,促进大学生身心的健康发展。

Under the background of"three full education"in the new era,the mental health of college students has attracted increasing attention.Art healing and color effect based on psychological theory rely on a variety of artistic expressions and show the inner state through non-verbal forms,which can better reflect the real psychological state of students compared with traditional psychological counseling methods,and have a wide range of application prospects in psychological education work in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the application practice of art healing and color effect in curriculum and specialty construction and academic discussion,psychological counseling and second class theme practice,campus psychological service space and healing landscape,so as to explore diversified psychological education paths in colleges and universities and promote the healthy development of college students'physical and mental health.
