摘要
为明确眉县猕猴桃质量安全状况,探明其危害因子和膳食暴露风险,本文对眉县猕猴桃主产区的121个样品进行农药残留分析,以%ADI和%ARfD进行农药残留膳食暴露风险评估。结果表明:121个样品中有82个样品检出农药残留,以现行标准判定均未超标;检出的15种农药的急、慢性膳食摄入风险值均<100%;将检出农药按照风险得分分为高、中、低三类风险农药,其中无高风险农药,中、低风险农药分别为1种、14种;以农药残留风险指数的高低为标准对检出农药进行排序,眉县猕猴桃农药残留风险水平以低和极低为主,占比98.3%。综上所述,眉县猕猴桃质量安全状况良好,但在日常监管工作中仍须加强对化学药剂使用的管理。
In order to clarify the quality and safety status of kiwi fruits in Meixian County,explore its hazard factors and dietary exposure risks,this paper conducted pesticide residue analysis on 121 samples from the main production area of kiwi fruits in Meixian County,and conducted pesticide residue dietary exposure risk assessment using%ADI and%ARfD.The results showed that 82 samples had pesticide residues,but there were no over-standard pesticides according to current standards.The acute and chronic dietary intake risk values of the 15 detected pesticides were all less than 100%.The detected pesticides were classified into high,medium and low risk pesticides according to their risk scores.Among them,there were no high risk pesticides,there was 1 kind of medium risk pesticide,and there were 14 kinds of low risk pesticides.The pesticide residue risk index was used to rank the detected pesticides,and the risk levels of pesticide residues in kiwi fruits in Meixian County were mainly low and extremely low,accounting for 98.3%.In summary,the quality and safety status of kiwi fruits in Meixian County is good,but it is still necessary to strengthen the management of chemical agent use in daily supervision work.
