右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胆汁反流性胃炎并睡眠障碍的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Dexzopiclone Combined with Flupentixol and Melitracin in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis with Sleep Disorders

目的:探析右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胆汁反流性胃炎并睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5月福建省老年医院消化内科确诊为胆汁反流性胃炎并睡眠障碍患者64例作为研究对象,以简单随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组应用雷贝拉唑联合右佐匹克隆进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,比较2组治疗效果,评估患者睡眠质量及胆汁反流性胃炎症状反应评分。结果:观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各项评分、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)评分、胆汁反流性胃炎症状反应评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胆汁反流性胃炎并睡眠障碍患者疗效确切,可提高整体睡眠质量,改善病症反应,值得借鉴推广。

Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of the combination of dexamethasone and flupentixol in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 64 patients diagnosed with bile reflux gastritis and sleep disorders in the gastroenterology department of Fujian Provincial Elderly Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were collected and randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole combined with dexzopiclone,while the observation group was treated with flupentixol and melitracin in addition to the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the patient′s sleep quality and symptom response score of bile reflux gastritis were evaluated.Results:The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores,Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS) scores,and symptom response scores of bile reflux gastritis in both observation groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of dexzopiclone and flupentixol melitracin has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with bile reflux gastritis and sleep disorders.It can improve overall sleep quality and improve disease response,and is worthy of reference and promotion.
