艾迪注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者不良反应、睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Aidi Injection on Adverse Reactions and Sleep Quality in Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumors

目的:分析艾迪注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者不良反应、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月福建省南平市建阳第一医院药剂科收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者56例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组接受常规放化疗,观察组在常规放化疗基础上加入艾迪注射液治疗,比较2组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及睡眠质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效与癌痛总缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前2组患者的睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、FACT-G癌症患者生命质量通用量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组PSQI、FACT-G评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将艾迪注射液应用于晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床治疗中,可以切实提高治疗效果,减轻其疼痛感与不良反应,提高其睡眠质量与生命质量,具有较好的治疗有效性与安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Aidi injection on adverse reactions and sleep quality in patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods:The study subjects were 56 patients with advanced malignant tumors,selected from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided into control and observation groups according to treatment methods.The former received conventional chemoradiation and chemotherapy,while the latter was treated with Aidi injection on the basis of conventional chemoradiation and chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the total remission rate of cancer pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the scores of sleep quality Index scale(PSQI) and FACT-G General Quality of Life scale for cancer patients between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI and FACT-G scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Aidi injection in the clinical treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the pain and adverse reactions of patients,improve the quality of sleep and life,and have good efficacy and safety.
