双氯酚酸钠缓释片对肾结石患者术后恢复及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets on Postoperative Recovery and Sleep Quality in Patients with Renal Calculus

目的:探索在手术前患者服用双氯酚酸钠缓释片止痛,对肾结石患者术后恢复情况、手术成功率以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年2月费县薛庄镇卫生院泌尿外科接受手术治疗的肾结石患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。根据手术前是否口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片的区别,2组患者均接受常规体外冲击波碎肾结石手术,其中观察组在治疗前1.5 h口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片100 mg,对2组临床手术效果、止痛效果、并发症发生情况、睡眠质量以及生命质量进行比较。结果:观察组术后治疗总有效率为91.7%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止痛总有效率为88.3%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术后PSQI与QOL评分均显著得以改善,且观察组评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为21.7%,低于对照组的23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明,对肾结石患者采用体外碎石手术时,双氯芬酸钠缓释片的采用可以改善患者身体的恢复情况、减轻身体疼痛,并提高患者睡眠质量和生命质量。

Objective:The goal of this study was to explore the effect of using diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets for analgesia before surgery on postoperative recovery,success rate of operation,and sleep quality in patients with kidney stones.Methods:A total of 120 patients with kidney stones who received surgical treatment in the Department of Urology in Xuechuang Town Health Center of Feixian County from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.According to the difference between whether diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets were used before surgery,both groups of patients underwent conventional extracorporeal shock wave kidney stone fragmentation surgery,and the observation group was orally administered diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets 100 mg 1.5 hours before treatment.The clinical efficacy,analgesic effect,occurrence of complications,sleep conditions and quality of life were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of postoperative treatment in the observation group was 91.7%,while that in the control group was only 73.3%,and the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 88.3%,which was higher than that in the control group(66.7%),and the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI and QOL scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the two scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the above data were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications was 21.7% in the observation group which is lower than the 23.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that when patients with kidney stones undergo extracorporeal lithotripsy,the use of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets can improve the patient′s physical recovery,reduce physical pain,and improve the patient′s sleep quality and quality of life.
