氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合艾司唑仑治疗对睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量、不良反应及效果的影响

Effect of Haloperitox Melitrexine Tablets Combined with Estazolam on Sleep Quality,Adverse Effects and Effects in Patients with Sleep Disorders

目的:分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合艾司唑仑治疗对睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量、不良反应及效果的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2023年7月福建省罗源县医院药剂科收治的睡眠障碍患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组接受单一艾司唑仑治疗,观察组接受氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合艾司唑仑治疗,并对组间不良反应发生率、睡眠质量各项评分、生命质量各项评分、舒适度以及心理健康状况等指标为评价标准。结果:治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低,睡眠质量优于对照组,生命质量水平、舒适度较对照组更高,心理健康状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于睡眠障碍患者来说,应采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合艾司唑仑治疗,这有助于改善患者心理健康状况、舒适度以及生命质量,对提升患者睡眠质量以及降低其不良反应发生率具有积极影响。

Objective:To analyze the effect of haloperithioxene melitraxine tablets combined with eszolam on sleep quality,adverse reactions and effects in patients with sleep disorders.Methods:The sleep disorder patients who visited our hospital between July 2020 and July 2023 were set as the observation objects of this study,a total of 70 patients,according to the different prescription composition,these 70 sleep disorder patients were grouped,of which 35 patients who received single eszolam treatment were divided into the control group,and the other 35 patients who received haloperithioxine melitrexine tablets combined with eszolam were divided into the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups,sleep quality scores,quality of life ratings,comfort and mental health are the evaluation criteria.Results:After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,sleep quality was better than that in the control group,life quality level and comfort level were higher,and mental health status was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with sleep disorders,haloperitoxine melitraxine tablets combined with eszolam should be used for treatment,which can help improve the mental health,comfort and quality of life of patients,and have a positive effect on improving the quality of sleep and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
