分析放松训练对维持性血液透析患者焦虑、睡眠及护理满意度的影响

Analyzing the Effects of Relaxation Training on Anxiety,Sleep,and Nursing Satisfaction in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:研究维持性血液透析患者接受放松训练的干预效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年3月在中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院接受维持性血液透析治疗的患者90例作为主要对象,按照随机数表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予放松训练干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者焦虑状况改善情况,比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对维持性血液透析患者实施放松训练更有利于缓解其焦虑情绪,改善其睡眠质量,同时也有利于提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the intervention effect of relaxation training on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:Ninety patients who received maintenance hemodialysis treatment at the 73rd Group Army Hospital of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the main subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=45) and a control group(n=45) according to the principle of random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received relaxation training intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between the two groups of patients.The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) was used to compare the improvement of anxiety in the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing relaxation training for maintenance hemodialysis patients is more conducive to alleviating their anxiety,improving their sleep quality,and also improving their nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting and applying.
