分析辨证护理联合中药穴位贴敷对乳腺癌术后患者睡眠、生命质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Combined with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Sleep and Quality of Life of Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:分析辨证护理联合中药穴位贴敷对乳腺癌术后患者睡眠、生命质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年6月厦门市中医院收治的乳腺癌术后患者360例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=179)和观察组(n=181),对照组给予西医护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予辨证施护联合中药穴位敷贴护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化。结果:干预后,观察组SDS、SAS、PSQI各项评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:辨证护理联合中药穴位贴敷对乳腺癌术后患者进行干预,可以有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高睡眠质量以及生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of syndrome differentiation nursing combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on sleep and quality of life of postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 360 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=181) and the control group(n=179).The control group was given Western medicine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given dialectical nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients,Compare the changes in quality of life between two groups of patients before and after intervention using the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).Results:After intervention,the SDS,SAS,and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation nursing combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the negative emotion,sleep quality and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
