分析头针联合耳穴对脑卒中后抑郁患者睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Ear Acupoints on Sleep Quality in Patients with Post-stroke Depression

目的:分析头针联合耳穴对脑卒中后抑郁患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年12月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予头针完成疾病治疗,观察组给予头针联合耳穴完成疾病治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,并比较2组患者治疗的有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:头针+耳穴疗法的应用能够显著提高治疗的有效率,缓解焦虑、抑郁等症状,显著改善患者的睡眠质量,促进脑卒中后抑郁患者总体预后水平提升,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with ear acupoints on sleep quality in patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:A total of 80 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40) and a control group(n=40) using a random number table method.The control group received scalp acupuncture to complete the disease treatment,while the observation group received scalp acupuncture combined with ear acupoints to complete the disease treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients,and the effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The SAS score,SDS score,and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of scalp acupuncture and ear acupoint therapy can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment,alleviate symptoms such as anxiety and depression,significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,and promote the overall prognosis of post-stroke depression patients.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
