小儿热速清颗粒联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染对FEV_(1)、FVC、MEF及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Xiaoer Resuqing Granule and Ipratropium Bromide Atomization on FEV_1,FVC,MEF and Sleep Quality in Children with Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨小儿热速清颗粒联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年12月福建省福清市妇幼保健院儿科收治的小儿呼吸道感染患儿60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予热速清颗粒联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗,对照组给予异丙托溴铵雾化治疗,对2组患儿的临床效果进行比较。结果:临床治疗总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中患儿肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(MEF)测定值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中患儿PSQI睡眠质量指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将小儿热速清颗粒联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗方案融入小儿呼吸道感染患儿中,具有安全、有效的应用优势,值得参考实施。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granule combined with Ipratropium bromide atomization in the treatment of respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with respiratory tract infection admitted to the pediatric department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fuqing City,Fujian Province from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given Resuqing granule combined with ipratropium bromide atomization treatment,and the control group was given ipratropium bromide atomization treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the measured values of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_1),forced Vital capacity(FVC) and maximum expiratory flow(MEF) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the PSQI sleep quality index of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to apply the treatment scheme of “Erersuqing Granule” combined with Ipratropium bromide atomization in children with respiratory tract infection,which is worth reference.
