观察小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷改善腺样体肥大患儿睡眠质量的效果

Observation of the Effect of Pediatric Massage Combined with Acupoint Application on Improving Sleep Quality in Children with Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的:以优化腺样体肥大患儿的睡眠质量为初衷,落实小儿推拿合并穴位贴敷方案,并探讨其实际效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建省晋江市池店镇卫生院收治的腺样体肥大患儿70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组应用小儿推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患儿干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组治疗前后的症状与体征评分。结果:治疗后,2组患儿症状、体征评分均低于治疗前,且观察组症状、体征评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腺样体肥大患儿经小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗可明显改善睡眠质量与症状体征,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:The purpose of this study is to optimize the sleep quality of children with adenoid hypertrophy,implement a plan of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application,and explore its practical effects.Methods:A total of 70 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to Chidian Town Health Hospital in Jinjiang City,Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35) and a control group(n=35) using a random number table method.The control group received pediatric massage treatment,while the observation group received acupoint application treatment in addition to the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between two groups of patients before and after intervention,and to compare the symptom and sign scores before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the symptom and sign scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the symptom and sign scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric massage combined with acupoint application can significantly improve sleep quality and symptoms in children with adenoid hypertrophy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
